Chicken Fried Hub
You can ask us to delete your Chicken Fried Hub account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
Email support@chickenfriedhub.com from the email address or with the phone number on your account, using the subject “Delete my account”. To help us verify it’s really you, include the name, phone number, or email registered with your account.
You can also request deletion from inside the app: open Account and contact us, or send the email above.
We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login (including Google sign-in link)
- Your profile — name, phone number, email
- Saved delivery addresses and saved GPS location
- Loyalty points and wallet balance
- Personal details attached to your past orders
What we may keep, and why
For legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention reasons we may retain a limited record of completed transactions (for example order and invoice records) for the period required by law. Where we keep such records, we remove or de-identify the personal details linking them to you wherever possible.
