This Privacy Policy explains how Chicken Fried Hub (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and our mobile applications — the CFH customer app and the CFH Staffapp (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this policy.

Who we are

Chicken Fried Hub is a food ordering and delivery business based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@chickenfriedhub.com.

Information we collect

  • Account & contact details — your name, phone number, and (if you sign in with Google) your email address and profile name. We use Google Sign-In only to authenticate you; we do not receive your Google password.
  • Order information — items ordered, order history, delivery address, and payment status (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Location — with your permission, the app uses your device location to set or confirm a delivery pin so orders reach you accurately. Staff/riders may capture a delivery location for an active order. We do not track your location in the background.
  • Device & notification tokens — a push-notification token so we can send order updates, and basic device/app information for reliability and security.

How we use your information

  • Create and manage your account and sign you in.
  • Take, prepare, and deliver your orders, and keep your order history.
  • Operate loyalty points and show your balance.
  • Send order status updates and important service notifications.
  • Provide customer support and prevent fraud or abuse.

Staff app & SMS

The CFH Staffapp is used only by our authorized staff and riders. On designated gateway devices it may send order-related SMS messages to customers (for example, order confirmations) using the device’s SMS capability. The customer app does not send SMS.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed to run the Services — for example with our riders to deliver your order, with Google for sign-in, and with infrastructure providers that host our systems — and where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).

Your rights & deleting your account

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and account. To delete your account and associated personal data, email support@chickenfriedhub.com from the email or with the phone number on your account, or message us in the app. We will verify your request and delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above.
